ASSISTANT COACH REGISTRATION UPDATE as of March 11, 2025

VETERAN AC PROGRAM

  • Must have completed a minimum of 2 Weeks in Jumpin’ to Summer 2024 (no exceptions)

  • Registration for Veteran Assistant Coach Program will open Wednesday, March 5th at 8:00am.

  • Due to high demand for our Assistant Coach program, Veteran Assistant Coaches will be limited to a maximum enrollment of four (4) weeks.

ROOKIE AC PROGRAM

  • FIRST YEAR with no experience as an Assistant Coach with Jumpin’ Gymsters

  • Registration for Rookie Assistant Coach Program will open Friday, March 7th at 8:00am.

  • Due to high demand for our Assistant Coach program, Rookie Assistant Coaches will be limited to a maximum enrollment of four (4) weeks.

** Sessions will Sell Out Fast and we ask that you place your child’s name on the waitlist. As more campers enroll, we are able to accomodate more Assistant Coaches.

Assistant Coaches will work closely with Head Coaches to engage campers….

  • Lead and manage small groups.

  • Effectively communicate with campers and families.

  • Work with Jr. Coaches to create and implement daily schedule of activities.

  • Rookie ACs will receive $50 stipend at the end of each week; pending completion of all required responsibilities in AC contract.

  • Veteran ACs will receive $100 stipend at the end of each week; pending completion of all required responsibilities in AC contract.

ACP Requirements and Info:

  • Must be 12 by the first day of camp.

  • Complete and Sign AC contract for the summer.

  • A one-time $50 Coach Gear fee is required for Coach shirts and hoodie that must be worn daily.

  • ACs cannot miss more than one day per week. If more than a day is missed, $10 will be deducted from stipend for each day missed after the first.

  • Stipends will be issued directly to Assistant Coach via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Cash

FUN FACT! Many of our Assistant Coaches pictured above were once campers and Jr. Coaches and most pictured will be official coaches on payroll this Summer 2025! LETS GO!
