• Spots fill up quickly! We recommend registering as soon as possible.

  • Registration is completed through our Active Network software.

  • A 20% deposit is required at checkout. You can choose to pay in full or select a payment plan for your convenience.

  • If you are a returning family, please use the same email address/account login that you have used previously. This will make registration much easier and quicker.

  • New families, you will be entering an email address at the time of registration and this will be your primary login information for Active. Please note, this cannot be changed in the future - so choose your email address carefully!

  • Prior to May 1st, We will make any changes or transfers of registration for free!

  • On or after May 1st, up to two weeks before the first day of your camp, you will be charged a $25 transfer fee.

  • All Changes or Transfers of registration are subject to availability and must be used in the same calendar year.

  • Unfortunatley, we cannot accomodate transfers less than two weeks before your camp starts.

  • FULL refunds will be issued on any cancelation requests made before
    February 29, 2024.

  • 50% refund for requests made after February 29, 2024 and before March 31st.

  • There will be no refund of any portion of payment for program cancellation after April 1, 2024 for any reason. We regret that there can be no exceptions to this policy.

  • ALL Refunds issued to original form of payment will incur a 3% processing fee.

If camper(s) miss consecutive days due to any Covid-19 related illnesses listed in Covid Policies and Procedures, the camper(s) will receive credit for those missed days to apply to the 2025 summer camp session. Proof of Covid Test required.

No refunds or exceptions.

Our coaches work really hard all day to provide the best care for our children.  We not only value their time with us at camp, but we also value their personal time for self-care and with their own families.

We understand things come up; traffic, family emergencies, etc. and ask that you communicate as soon as possible with the JG coaching staff regarding any late pick ups.

  • A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged for the first five minutes that children remain at JG Camp after their contract pick up time. 

  • For each additional minute the child remains after the first five mInutes, an additional $2.00 per minute per child will be charged.

  • Example 1:  For a child picked up between 3:00-3:05pm, the fee for late pick-up is $5.00 per child.

  • Example 2: For a child picked up between 5:05pm and 5:13pm, the fee for late pick-up is $21.00 per child; ($5 for first five minutes and $16 for additional 8 minutes)

All late pick up fees must be paid the day of upon arrival in Cash or Venmo directly to Aftercare Coach.

Excessive Late Pick Ups may result in removal from Camp.
